Products available in our warehouse are processed within 3 business days and shipped shortly after. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. During peak seasons or special campaigns, slight delays may occur.
Arriving Soon
These items are currently in transit to our warehouse. Estimated delivery times are provided by the supplier and may shift based on production or shipping conditions. Once the item arrives, it will be shipped directly to you without delay.
Made to Order
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and begin production after purchase. Estimated delivery times are based on supplier timelines and may vary. As these items are custom made, they are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days to ensure quality checks, supplier coordination, and smooth handling before shipping begins.
Whether an item qualifies for return or cancellation is shown once it’s added to cart and will remain visible throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email support@lumoloft.com to request authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned in original condition, unassembled if required, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the packaging before opening, clear images of the damage, and a copy of the signed delivery receipt noting the issue.
