To initiate a return, email support@lumoloft.com to request authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned in original condition, unassembled if required, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the packaging before opening, clear images of the damage, and a copy of the signed delivery receipt noting the issue.
