Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Lumo Loft, LLC (“Lumo Loft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), our priority is to make your design and shopping experience as seamless and satisfying as possible, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives in your home. Depending on the size, category, and destination of your order, your purchase may be delivered through one or more methods.
Order Status
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive regular updates on its status, including shipping notifications and tracking details when applicable. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on item availability and warehouse location.
Premium White Glove Delivery Service
For larger furniture items, oversized decor, or fragile products, we offer a Premium White Glove Delivery Service. This includes:
- Unpacking, inspection, and light assembly of items
- Placement in the room of your choice
- Removal of all packaging and debris
Preparation Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all ordered items fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and into the intended space.
- The destination room should be cleared of any existing furnishings prior to delivery, as our delivery teams are not authorized to move or dispose of other furniture.
- If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance for deliveries, please contact our team after placing your order.
Scheduling
- In-stock items: Our team will contact you within 14 business days of your purchase to schedule delivery.
- Deferred shipments: Orders with multiple items may be held until all items are ready to ship together. You will be contacted once your order is prepared at our distribution center.
We are only able to hold merchandise for a maximum of 90 days once it has arrived at our facility. After this period, full payment must be completed and delivery must be scheduled. Delays beyond this timeframe may result in cancellation or storage fees.
Delivery Day Expectations
- A person aged 18 or older must be present to receive and inspect the delivery.
- White Glove Delivery includes setup of furniture items, but does not include unpacking or installing wall-mounted items such as lighting, mirrors, or artwork.
- Our delivery teams are not authorized to handle or install electrical equipment.
Small Parcel Delivery
Select home decor, lighting, small rugs, accessories, and compact furniture items will be shipped via Small Parcel Delivery. These items are shipped using standard carriers and include the following shipping options:
- Standard: 3–14 business days from ship date
- Expedited: 2nd Day Air
- Express: Next Day Air
Important Notes:
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Items may ship separately based on availability.
- Tracking numbers will be provided via email once available.

International Shipping
International shipping and orders to U.S. territories or military addresses require custom shipping quotes. For international inquiries or shipments with order subtotals exceeding $7,000, please reach out to our team at support@lumoloft.com.
